Kitchen renovation in Hampshire

This gorgeous kitchen transformation was part of a whole house renovation we worked on in Hampshire. This included a Kitchen, Utility room, Boot room and Ensuite bathroom. We've kept it classic with traditional style shaker kitchen doors in a smooth silk painted finish, with polished chrome handles.

Kitchen remodel

This Kitchen remodel was part of a whole house refurbishment we worked on in Hampshire.

We designed this kitchen to be spacious and open, using light coloured kitchen units to brighten up the room, which is further accentuated by the large window that allows lots of light to flood through into the kitchen. We fitted larders into the alcoves of the room using Masterclass kitchens tall housing doors and portland oak internals to create a seamless finish to the kitchen. We also designed and fitted a boot room and utility in the same colour and design as the kitchen so the whole house flows through and looks cohesive in style.

We laid LVT flooring throughout the home in a multi toned wood effect finish. The warmth in the flooring adds depth to the light blues and greys of the kitchen units.

One of the standout features of this kitchen remodel is the beautiful Coastal mist kitchen units which are a lovely bright light blue colour which stands out against the bright white walls and white Calacatta quartz worktops. They feature polished chrome handles and a matching Coastal mist blue plinth. The finish of the doors are a luxury silk painted finish and the oven housing is finished with a traditional style cornice.

The Smeg Victoria line appliances really make this kitchen stand out with the cream and chrome finishes that compliment the rest of the kitchen. We have a Caple Modern belfast sink under the window with Caple dual lever taps that have ceramic handles.

On the right side of the kitchen we have open shelving which adds a visual element to the design and ties together with the flooring.

The worktop is Quartz in a Calacatta style. We have draining grooves carved into the left side of the belfast sink. The Upstands and splashback are all in the same Quartz to match, and we have also gone back into the window recess which creates a beautiful finish to the design and makes use of the space behind the sink.

On the left wall we have designed and fitted a glass wall unit with a single base unit below, which makes the perfect area for a coffee station or breakfast nook. Along from that we have a double larder unit with internal pull out drawers which stands proud of the run. The unit has been integrated into the wall to create a seamless finish. The internals of the larder are in Portland Oak. On the right end of the run we fitted a larder unit into the recess of the walls, this larder provides ample amounts of storage, the internal cabinet is also in Portland Oak and the doors aren't attached so you are able to open all four independently. We finished this run with a beautiful matching cornice and plinth.

The boot room consists of a Masterclass Class marlborough Silk painted boot room in Coastal mist which has a tongue and groove wall panelling with chrome coat hooks, drawer storage under the seat with chrome handles and a solid oak worktop. Portland Oak open shelving above and to the right stands a broom cupboard with chrome bar handles and finished with a side panelling which goes to the floor and a matching cornice and plinth.

The Utility is in Masterclass Marlborough Coastal mist with a silk painted finish which matches the kitchen and boot room. We have fitted a three drawer base unit with polished chrome cup handles and a double door sink unit with chrome bar handles. The utility features a large stainless steel sink with matching tap and a beautiful solid Oak wooden worktop.

We have fitted the customers stand alone fridge freezer and under counter washing machine, and tiled along the worktop to create an upstand that completes this utility room.
